The guests' management site

The preparation of an event (marriage, anniversary, meeting, ...) requires a certain number of ordered steps to be respected.
A typical event would be like the following one, colored for all the improved (or added) steps a DruidList brings you.

Fix an event date
Reserve your DruidList we site ex : http://web-guests.com/new_year
Seize your guests list gatherd by announcement.
Create a wonderful announecement.
On each announcement, add the family identifier and the Internet address where they can answer.
Send the announcements,
Personalize your DruidList : photographs, texts, title, gift list, descriptions...
Guests anwser traditionnaly to your announcement by phone and or mail,
They also can answer directly on your DruidList web site with their respective identifier,
You update manualy your guests list for those who answer in a traditionnal way,
Guests list is automatically updated when they answer on your DruidList web site, you can be automatically emailed when a guest answers,
They browse your gallery of photograph, read and write messages on your golden guests book,
They can have a direct Internet link to your gifts list.
They know how to get to your event with the indications you wrote,
You know exactly how many guests are present, absent or haven't answered yet,
The event takes place, everything is perfect ;).
Your DruidList is still active as it will expire 1 month later (or more in case of a renewal),
Everybody is grateful for your event,
And for your DruidList web site!!
Thanks to your Druide Lists you have perfectly controled the number of present guests! Often people who cannot or do not want to come don't answer; a DruidList really ease their pain.

You can update your gallery of photographs and their comment, with the ones of your event,
Your guests can still browse your DruidList, see the event's photographs, and write their adventures into the golden guests book,
Finally you can read, download and print-out your golden guests book,

All you have to do is to start over a new fiesta, but always with a DruidList in order to increase your event's pleasure!
